A Growing Threat

ve8QAd   |   February 20, 2019

“I had no idea what was coming. No idea.”

Those are the chilling words of Elizabeth Gillette describing a chemical abortion she underwent after an appointment at Planned Parenthood.

Elizabeth is one of three women – including a medical doctor – speaking out in a powerful new video we are releasing today:

Watch the new video now

A Closer Look at the Chemical Abortion Pill shines a spotlight on the growing threat posed to women’s health and safety by chemical abortion. Induced with a combination of drugs, these abortions are not only deadly to the baby, but research shows they can be four-times more dangerous and traumatic for their mothers than surgical abortions.

Chemical abortions now make up an estimated 30 – 50% of all abortions in the United States – and the Big Abortion Industry is pushing to expand them even further, until anyone can purchase these drugs over the counter or over the internet and “self-manage” an abortion at home. Right now, pro-abortion activists are promoting unsafe and illegal abortion pills from foreign countries.

In this special program, developed by the same Emmy® Award-winning production team of Life Issues Institute’s weekly television show Facing Life Head-Onyou will hear how women are cruelly deceived by abortion advocates who portray the abortion pill as a safe, easy and near-painless solution to an unplanned pregnancy. Both women said it was more painful than labor and delivery of their live children.

You’ll meet Elizabeth, who suffered nightmares and anorexia after her chemical abortion. You’ll hear from Tammi Morris, who took the abortion pill and was horrified to see “a formed, recognizable, undeniable baby. My baby.” Haunted by a grief much of society doesn’t recognize or understand, they have felt the added guilt of having taken the pills themselves.

You’ll also hear Dr. Donna Harrison, executive director of the American Association of Pro-life Obstetricians & Gynecologists and an associate scholar with Charlotte Lozier Institute, explain why the Big Abortion Industry promotes the abortion pill so much and what research shows about the particular risks of abortion drugs: “It’s almost patient abandonment…now they’re pushing a chemical coat hanger on women.”

But there’s also hope, as you’ll see – not only the opportunity for forgiveness and redemption, but, provided in our free resources, even the possibility of saving a baby after the first pill has been taken.

This video is a must-see. Will you please watch and share A Closer Look at the Chemical Abortion Pill today?

Educational resources like these are the crucial first step toward preventing women and girls from having to go through the ordeal of chemical abortion and protecting innocent unborn children from the dreadful fate of abortion.

Thank you for standing with us to get the truth out about the injustice of abortion!

  1. I have contacted Life Issues before. My name is Norbert Hermes, from Salina KS. I produce programs about once a month for Salina Access Television, most of which are pro-life in content.
For some time I have been wanting to do a program on abortion pill reversal, and I believe this would be an excellent introduction.
Therefore, I am requesting permission too use this film, with proper attribution, for that purpose.

  2. I watched the video through the Susan B. Anthony site. Heartbreaking to see the deep pain in those women’s eyes. Every women thinking about getting an abortion should watch videos such as this one. I gave it a thumbs up on YouTube.
