Ohio law requires abortionists follow FDA regulations when it comes to administering chemical abortion pill procedures. Typically, this is RU-486. Early last year the pro-abortion Obama administration issued relaxed FDA protocols for administering this death drug. One of the changes was giving the drug later in pregnancy, which they know results in more incomplete abortions. We looked at reported Ohio complications of the abortion pill before and after the altered FDA guidelines. After the changes, complications more than doubled in one year, and a majority of the problems stemmed from incomplete abortions requiring an emergency surgical abortion. This is solid medical evidence women pay with their health when Washington plays politics with abortion.
