My ears perked up as your program on AFR began… because the first voice was actually my husband! He was the news anchor/producer for the Bryan/College Station CBS station then. It was a slow Sunday night & he was perusing the local police “Probable Cause” statements in search of a story. When he saw that PP issued a TRO (temporary restraining order) against Ms. Johnson, their own director, he knew there HAD to be a story there! He had his reporter call Abby & she came into the studio to be interviewed that same evening. The reporter posted this interview on their website & within 24 hours it was a national story!
