Tell the Senate to Vote to Protect Pain-Capable Babies

  • European countries are banning the boiling of lobsters because they are thought to feel pain, though scientists debate this. Congress should feel the same way about banning late-term abortions, where it has been scientifically established that the baby can the feel pain of an abortion. Shouldn’t we give our babies the benefit of the doubt?

Shockingly, the United States is only one of seven nations in the world that allow abortions after five months. Twenty states have already passed measures designed to protect late-term babies. Congress must enact the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act to save babies in our nation from the horrors of late-term abortion.

Add your name now to urge your senators to vote for the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which is scheduled for a floor vote on Monday, January 29th!
