Female Athletes Demand Abortion

Bradley Mattes   |   October 05, 2021

Over five hundred women athletes signed an amicus brief asking the Supreme Court to rule against the Mississippi late-term abortion case.  The Olympic athletes represented the sports of soccer, swimming and basketball.  The brief’s message was abortion is crucial for women to “realize their full athletic potential.”  Well, tell that to Allyson Felix, the most decorated track star in Olympic history.  Her two-year-old son cheered his mother from home as she won bronze and gold in Tokyo.  Allyson and others rejected abortion and went on to become celebrated athletes.  It’s beyond tragic to say women must sacrifice their babies on the altar of abortion to be successful in sports.  It’s even worse to imagine the women who believed this lie and now anguish over their lost babies.
