California’s governor, Gavin Newsom, recently declared he would not enforce the state’s death penalty. Governor Newsom said, “The intentional killing of another person is wrong. I do not believe a civilized society can claim to be a leader in the world as long as its government continues to sanction the premeditated and discriminatory execution of its people.” Newsom was endorsed by NARAL and Planned Parenthood, two extreme groups that only back candidates who support unrestrained abortion throughout pregnancy. The Governor approves the intentional killing of another person if it’s done by abortion. In his view, if a Californian lives in the womb they’re expendable. The utter hypocrisy would be comical if not so tragic.
