New York Law Surpasses Roe v Wade

Bradley Mattes   |   February 05, 2019

You’ve likely heard about New York passing legislation allowing abortion on demand until birth.  But it actually goes further than the Supreme Court’s decision, Roe v Wade.  It entirely removes abortion from the New York penal code and negates protections like requiring a woman’s consent to the abortion, manslaughter charges against an abortionist who kills a woman, and medical care for babies who survive the abortion.  Notorious abortionist Kermit Gosnell was convicted for murder and other charges.  But if in New York, he’d be a free man, allowed to maim and kill more babies and their mothers.  This bill also shows if Roe is overturned, it won’t ban all abortion, but redirect the battle to the individual states.  Don’t lose heart.  Life is winning!
