Campaign Hide and Seek

Undercover journalists have released an undercover video of Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill that they say she’s trying to hide.  They infiltrated her campaign and recorded conversations with her staff.  According to the report, multiple staff admitted McCaskill’s campaign goes to considerable lengths to keep some opinions of Claire McCaskill hidden.  The staff say one of her strongest political allies, Planned Parenthood, won’t donate directly to her campaign, but instead filters their contributions through other groups so it won’t “ostracize pro-life Democrats.”  The undercover journalist asked, “We have to lie to get elected?” and McCaskill’s staff person responded, “Essentially.”  The big question is will this have an impact on Missouri voters?  The proof’s in the voting.
