Wonderful news from the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals! They’ve cleared a Missouri law requiring abortionists to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals. It also mandates that abortion centers be licensed ambulatory surgical centers, requiring them to be hospital-grade facilities to increase safety for women. The Planned Parenthood abortion mill in St. Louis has a terrible history of botching abortions, so this law is desperately needed. Normally Planned Parenthood would appeal such a court decision, but now with the likelihood of Brett Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court, appealing may have lost its appeal. Shutting down even one of their mills could result in saving the lives of tens of thousands of babies. This is a good development for LIFE!
