Defunding Planned Parenthood Within Reach

Here’s a compelling reason why the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh is so crucial.  State legislatures have voted to stop tax funding of Planned Parenthood.  The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld Arkansas’ right to do so.  But the Tenth Circuit ruled Kansas’ effort unconstitutional.  So, it’s very possible the U.S. Supreme Court will take the case up in the coming months to decide once and for all.  If Judge Kavanaugh is on the Court, our chances of ending state tax funding of Planned Parenthood are strong.  If we can stop all government funding, we can neutralize the strongest force in America working to keep abortion legal.  Contact your senators by visiting lifeissues.org then click on the red “Take Action Now!” box.  It only takes minutes.
