A chain of Planned Parenthood surgical abortion facilities in Pennsylvania has a dismal record when it comes to state health inspections. Collectively, they’ve failed nearly half of them, with repeat deficiencies. Some locations failed nearly all of them. This includes no nurse in the recovery room, expired surgical materials, not submitting reports on botched abortions and a lack of reporting child sex abuse. Planned Parenthood fought hard against past state legislation requiring them to have the same health and safety standards as other surgical centers – calling them “dangerous,” “cruel” and “burdensome.” What’s cruel is the danger they’re exposing mothers to, not to mention their babies. Planned Parenthood isn’t concerned about women. It’s all about the money.
