This January I hosted a radio special exposing how the abortion industry helps keep human trafficking functioning. I have good news. Recently the House and Senate passed bills allowing victims of sex trafficking to sue websites that were used to buy and sell them. Many of the purveyors of trafficking are shutting down or curtailing their efforts. This has also impacted sites like PayPal, WordPress, Craigslist and Google who now understand they too can be held accountable for being part of the buying and selling of humans. The legislation is having a great impact, even before becoming law. If you missed my radio special, visit life issues dot org and word search “Voices in the Shadows.” There are loads of free resources to equip you to help protect these victims.
