This issue has been brewing for years in Ireland. Currently, abortion isn’t allowed unless there’s a risk to the mother’s life. But should pro-abortion activists get their way and revoke Ireland’s eighth amendment protecting life, abortion will likely be available on demand through twelve weeks, and beyond under certain conditions. Sadly, the Irish Prime Minister came out strongly in favor of abolishing protections for the nation’s unborn babies. He claims the current law will “criminalize our sisters, our co-workers and our friends.” Some of George Soros’ billions has already funded the pro-abortion effort, and it will likely attract millions more from Planned Parenthood and the like. Please pray the babies in Ireland will continue to be protected. The vote will be held in May.
