Obamacare Victimizes Four Year Old

Let’s put a face to one of the many people victimized by Obamacare.  Four-year-old Collette Briggs suffers from an aggressive form of leukemia.  But like many insurance carriers, the one covering Collette’s family withdrew from the market.  Those that remain often implement draconian cost–cutting measures like eliminating larger research hospitals from its plans.  In this case, they cut the hospital specializing in pediatric cancer care that’s provided essential treatment for Collette for the last two years.  This is critical treatment she needs to stay alive.  On the Obamacare exchanges, over forty percent of the most popular silver plans have narrowed their networks of medical providers.  It’s tragic that many pay for abortion on demand while eliminating life-saving care for countless others.
