Judicial Ping Pong Match

Bradley Mattes   |   September 25, 2017

Sometimes the process of getting pro-life laws through the courts resembles a Ping-Pong match.  Recently the Eighth Court of Appeals lobed one over the net for Missouri’s unborn babies and their mothers.  It reversed a lower court hold on a law providing protections for women who have abortions.  One, abortionists must have hospital privileges within thirty miles of the abortion facility.  This likely puts the opening of three Planned Parenthood abortion mills on hold while the full Appeals Court looks at the bill.  They’re in Columbia, Springfield and Joplin, Mo.  This judicial Ping-Pong match isn’t over and the lives of babies literally hang in the balance.  Please be in prayer asking God to move the hearts of judges to allow these protections to move forward into permanent law.
