Selective Media Reporting

Did you hear about the recent act of arson involving the abortion issue? Of course you didn’t, because it was a pro-life crisis pregnancy center the arsonist destroyed. The Living Hope Women’s Center in Whiteriver, Arizona was gutted by an arsonist’s fire late in December. If it had been an abortion mill, you would’ve heard about it on every news broadcast, and read about it in every newspaper and on every news website. The media would have painted all pro-lifers with the broad brush of arson, trying to depict us as dangerous terrorists. But this time the criminals were pro-abortion. They couldn’t stomach a place where women were being provided real choices when it comes to an unexpected pregnancy—choices other than abortion. And this time the media ignored the violence.
