Life Issues - host Brad Mattes - pro-life radio commentary

Life Issues Radio Transcript for January 5, 2010:

Graphic Pictures Save Lives

There’s a controversy of sorts regarding the use of graphic pictures of aborted babies. Many think they’re powerfully persuasive. Members of the media and academia often go ballistic when faced with these images. The reason, I believe, is because they’re effective. Just look at history. America’s conscience was awakened to the plight of the Jews when they were faced with images of the concentration camps. Public opinion on civil rights issues solidified when people saw graphic images of the lynching of black individuals. If it takes graphic pictures of what abortion does to its victims to stop the killing, they should be used within reason. A picture’s worth a thousand words. If they change the hearts and minds of Americans on abortion, let’s use them and rejoice in our victory.
