Sex Education Rejected in India

The government in India has rejected our American-style sex education programs. Likely the same things your child is exposed to in public schools is what India said would do nothing to solve the problem of teenage pregnancy—it would only make it worse. In this case, the curriculum is prepared with material from UNICEF. It so shocked officials there, they called it “frightening.” They said, if implemented, it would “promote promiscuity of the worst kind.” And of course it promotes abortion just like in America. They said no to western-style sex-ed because it would, in their words, “corrupt Indian youth” and create an “immoral society”, while increasing single-parent families. Sound familiar? It should. This is what America’s sex-ed programs have done to our children.
