Sidewalk Counselor Saves Baby

Christy, a pro-life sidewalk counselor, was outside Planned Parenthood in Indianapolis when she stopped a young pregnant woman driving out. Six months ago the girl had married a soldier who is now in Iraq. He’s thrilled about the baby. But she’s suffering from severe morning sickness. She feels all alone and is overwhelmed about going through with the pregnancy. Planned Parenthood of course told her to have an abortion. Christi showed the newlywed what her ten-week unborn baby looked like—information she didn’t get inside. Then she talked about the girl’s husband who was risking his life for others. But who was defending his own unborn child? This reality caused tears and a strong determination by the mother to have this baby and rely on God to provide for their needs.
