Better Sleep Month
Did you know May is “Better Sleep Month”? They seem to have multiple causes for every month of the year, and for unusual things! The goal here is to create awareness regarding the lack of sleep and teach you how you can get more rest. I must admit, I’m one of those individuals who find sleep an elusive thing.
Sadly, one of the many reasons women and men have for being unable to sleep is struggling with a past abortion. Memories of a baby lost to abortion often come back to haunt during the overnight hours.
Research published in Sleep, the official journal of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies, shows women who’ve had an abortion are more likely to suffer from sleep disorders.
Please keep the parents of aborted babies in your prayers during this and every month.
