Ted Kennedy Has Cancer

It was recently revealed Senator Ted Kennedy suffers from a malignant brain tumor. Further testing will help determine his prognosis. However, as with any brain malignancy, the Senator has a difficult road ahead of him. Senator Kennedy hasn’t been a friend of unborn babies. As a matter of fact, his record on abortion has been consistently pro-abortion. He even voted against the ban on partial-birth abortion. But today I want to set aside our differences and ask for your prayers on his behalf. Pray God will use this time to soften his heart. May Senator Kennedy stop and take stock of his life, repent for his failings, and seek to follow God’s will in all things. God often uses man’s mortality to draw him closer to the Creator. May this also be the case.
