Tongue Lashing Saved Her Life

Due to complications during pregnancy, Yvonne Sullivan’s baby delivered early and then died. She developed severe blood poisoning and went into a coma. After a couple of weeks, doctors suggested her husband, Dom, think about removing life-support. This made him angry and he took drastic action. He told her off. Dom demanded, “You start fighting. I’ve had enough, stop mucking around and start breathing. Come back to me.” Two hours later Yvonne’s breathing improved and she gradually recovered. Something inside just clicked. She even remembers Dom’s tongue lashing and admitted she never liked getting told off by him. Yvonne is now back running dance classes and taking care of her eight-year-old son. You just never know how much your loved one hears while in a coma.
