Senate Stonewalling Create Judicial Emergencies

The President has authority to appoint federal judges and Supreme Court Justices, right? Not if you’re part of the pro-abortion majority in the US Senate. Pro-abortion Democrats have refused to allow confirmation votes on the President’s judicial appointments. As a matter of fact, the Senate hasn’t confirmed a single federal judge so far this year. It’s even more of a moral outrage when you realize the Judicial Conference has declared nineteen separate “judicial emergencies.” This means there aren’t enough judges to handle the cases before them. One such judicial appointment has been waiting since July. Pro-abortion Democrats are trying to stall them until they hope to get a pro-abortion president elected. Never before has it been more important to become an educated voter and exercise this privilege in November.
