Government Turns Help into Abortion Referral
Kristin Butler lost her battle with grief after having an abortion. She committed suicide. Afterward, racked with his own grief, Reese, her husband, founded a crisis hotline for those contemplating suicide.
Then he made the mistake of accepting a federal grant. From day one the federal government has tried to take control. The suicide hotline gets a half million calls each year, about ten percent of them come from women facing an unexpected pregnancy. Right now the government has confiscated the hotline and is routinely referring tens of thousands of pregnant women to Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider. Reese is fighting to get it back and give women the life-affirming help they need.
The FCC will make the final decision. Please pray Reese wins this battle.
