Bradley MattesMr. Mattes (pronounced Ma-tis) is the Executive Director and CEO of Life Issues Institute, internationally headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. The organization was established to serve the educational needs of the pro-life movement. Its primary objective is to globally develop and disseminate effective pro-life educational material.

He is a three-time Regional Emmy® award winning host and executive producer of a weekly, pro-life television program called Facing Life Head-On, which is available to over 100 million households throughout America and Canada.

He also hosts Life Issues, a daily radio commentary on abortion and related issues, which is carried on over 1,100 radio outlets across the nation. Mr. Mattes has also hosted various half-hour radio programs on topics including: the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, adoption, men and abortion, and US Supreme Court vacancies.

Mr. Mattes is president of the International Right to Life Federation and is a frequent international speaker and lecturer on abortion and related life issues. He works with other countries to establish a pro-life educational and counseling presence.

He has done considerable anecdotal research on the effects of abortion on men, and his writings on this topic have been printed in American and international publications. He has a Master’s degree in Biblical Studies and Biblical Counseling. Mr. Mattes has written a post-graduate course on men and abortion.

He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Terri Schiavo Life and Hope Network. Through this he works to protect vulnerable individuals and educates others on end-of-life issues. He also serves on the board of the Natioanl Religious Broadcasters Association.

Mr. Mattes is a veteran of the pro-life cause, with over 38 years of educational, political and humanitarian experience. Currently, he serves in a variety of ways to protect innocent human life:

  • A men's post-abortion counselor.
  • Media spokesperson with television, radio and newspaper.
  • Speaker at pro-life banquet and educational events.

He resides in the greater Cincinnati area with his wife. They have four sons and four grandchildren.
