Treadmill of Time

Do you find yourself always competing with time?  I feel I’m in a constant race with deadlines for radio programs, weekly emails, speaking events or meetings. Then, there’s carving out time with family, which seems to zip by three times faster than work days.  Didn’t we just take down those Christmas decorations?  Surely, summer started just a week ago!  I take great comfort knowing we won’t be on the treadmill of time in heaven.  Second Peter 3:8 says, “But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.”  Through Jesus, we have an eternity to enjoy.  Help us reach out to others contemplating abortion so they may be among the throng of saints in heaven.
