Congresswoman Makes History

Bradley Mattes   |   December 10, 2013

Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rogers has made history and gotten an enormous prize in the process. She’s the first woman to give birth three times while holding a congressional office. I doubt the people at Planned Parenthood are throwing a party, but here at Life Issues, we’re in high spirits. Our business is happy babies, mothers, and fathers. Little Brynn Catherine has joined her older brother, Cole, who was born in two-thousand-seven and her sister, Grace, who was born in twenty-ten. Congresswoman Rogers said, “Nothing compares to the miracle of bringing a new life into the world. Our hearts are full.” Just think, if she has three or four more, she probably won’t have to worry about someone breaking her record. I’ll have to suggest this to her in an email.
